About The Belle Effect
The Belle Effect is a 501(C3) nonprofit based in St. Louis, Missouri, comprised of artists and educators dedicated to enriching the lives of those affected by homelessness and poverty.

We provide Belle Effect Workshops that are geared toward individuals learning life skills that range from the basics of car safety, budgeting, to resume writing.
What We Offer?
In order to combat the issues of homelessness, poverty, and illness, we provide toiletries, cosmetics, hair care products/tools, wigs, new undergarments, metro tickets, and food gift cards. The services that we provide are professional makeup, headshots, professional hair styling, haircuts, and Belle Effect Workshops.
